Yang moubo illegally stored the imported frozen seafood involved in the epidemic in the cold storage of Beijing Rongqing Juyuan Trading Co., Ltd. in Fangshan District and the cold storage of Yuquanying fruit and vegetable wholesale center in the South Third Ring Road of Beijing in Fengtai District. As the owner of cold storage, Yuquanying fruit and vegetable wholesale center rents the cold storage, and the operation and supervision are not in place; Beijing Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives and its subordinate Jingnong group, as the superior unit of Yuquanying fruit and vegetable wholesale center, did not carry out in-depth supervision and inspection on Yuquanying fruit and vegetable wholesale center with cold chain business during the epidemic prevention and control, so there were regulatory loopholes. Shounong food group and its subordinate Dongfang supply chain company failed to lead the epidemic prevention and control work in the southwest suburb park, and the management was not standardized, resulting in the spread of the epidemic in the park. The Discipline Inspection Commission of Jingnong group and the Discipline Inspection Commission of Dongfang supply chain company failed to fulfill their supervision responsibilities. The two-level market supervision departments in the urban area failed to fulfill their supervision responsibilities and failed to find the illegal acts of Yang moubo in operation in time. Relevant units and departments in Fangshan District and Fengtai District did not perform epidemic prevention duties in place.
