Training course at the gate of herdsmen's house
2022-01-24
55 herdsmen studied at home and got the excavator training certificate. Tarba, Secretary of the Party branch of Jina village, bazha Township, Shenza County, Naqu City, Tibet Autonomous Region, was very happy. "This is the first time in the history of our village!" Jina village is a traditional animal husbandry village, located in the depths of Wanli Qiangtang grassland, with an average altitude of 4860 meters. In 2019, asphalt roads were paved in the village, and every family got rid of poverty. Although there are blue sky and white clouds, flocks of cattle and sheep, and herdsmen have no worries about food and clothing, the subsequent income increase has become a heart disease in talba. "In the slack season, most herdsmen choose to go out to work, but they don't have skills and their income is not high." As the leader of getting rich in the village, talba, 58, led everyone to set up Zanba processing factory and national clothing workshop. He has a deep understanding of the relationship between technology and getting rich. What skills should herdsmen learn? Talba was thinking at home. Liu Fenghua, leader of the village team of the network information office of the Party committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, rushed into the door. "Tibet China vocational education society can provide excavator training in winter! It can also send teachers to the door!" Talba's eyes lit up, which is really good news! Find a project in Lhasa, hire a trailer excavator, find a training site, and arrange accommodation for training teachers I have been busy for more than three months. At the end of last year, the training class was held in the village. On an open space the size of a basketball court beside the village committee, two yellow excavators are particularly eye-catching. Yang Xudong, a excavator training teacher, was once an engineer with more than 20 years of practical experience in excavator operation. He skillfully operated the machine. Eight basic movements were completed at one go and won bursts of applause. The originally remote and desolate small village suddenly became lively! In order to participate in the training, the villagers made arrangements early. Three or four families formed a "mutual aid group" to select those who did not participate in the training to be responsible for grazing, and the rest came to train "charging" and learn technology. "Working as a small worker on a construction site is only more than 100 yuan a day; after learning to excavate, the income will at least double or even more." Danzeng Quzhu is always the first to arrive and the last to leave every time. Compared with the older generation of herdsmen, the young man in his 20s has a pioneering spirit. He doesn't want to stick to this grassland and often works in the county. Hearing that the village held training courses, he even gave up a good short-term job and ran back to the village from the county to learn technology. The office of the village committee was changed into a temporary learning classroom. The villagers who participated in the training were divided into two groups. One group was learning technology, and the other group went to the classroom to learn the national common language. Talba has long considered this. With more and more foreign exchanges in the village, language is as important as technology. A total of 62 people participated in the training, 55 of whom received certificates, including 4 young female trainees. In order to do a good job in the follow-up supporting services, the village is trying to connect with the labor company and strive to make the training effective within the year. (outlook new era)
