In terms of organization, management and implementation, Shandong University of Finance and economics officially established the aesthetic education center, selected high-quality excellent teachers as full-time aesthetic education teaching, and equipped with two full-time (Part-time) personnel to be responsible for daily coordination and management. The aesthetic education center is responsible for implementing the school's aesthetic education plan, comprehensively promoting the teaching of public aesthetic education courses, competition guidance of extracurricular aesthetic education activities and scientific research of aesthetic education, and building a "four in one" aesthetic education system that popularizes art education, improves curriculum teaching, enriches campus culture and guides art practice. According to the implementation opinions, in deepening the reform of aesthetic education teaching, the school will continue to improve the curriculum system, implement the aesthetic education 2 credit requirements and incorporate them into the talent training program. We should open up enough aesthetic education courses, further improve the aesthetic education curriculum system, constantly broaden the curriculum field, gradually increase class hours and enrich the curriculum content; Build a curriculum group of art appreciation, art theory, excellent traditional culture and art practice. On the basis of the 36 humanities and art courses that have been opened, courses such as "Chinese traditional art - seal cutting" and "calligraphy" have been added, and online open courses of many national boutiques have been introduced. In addition, in order to improve the teaching quality, Shandong University of Finance and economics will gradually improve the teaching mode of "basic knowledge and skills of Art + aesthetic experience of Art + special expertise of art". The compilation of syllabus should follow the law of aesthetic education and the characteristics of students' physical and mental development, cultivate and improve students' moral sentiment, humanistic sentiment, aesthetic sentiment and artistic plot. Optimize the introduction of curriculum resources at home and abroad, explore the construction of open aesthetic education courses integrating media, and develop a number of high-quality digital education resources for aesthetic education courses. Select excellent courses and strive to cultivate and build a number of first-class aesthetic education courses. The implementation opinions clearly states that the school will strengthen the internal and external coordination of resources and build an implementation system of family, school and social aesthetic education. Adhere to the coordination between inside and outside the school, the main classroom position and extracurricular practical activities, expand teaching space, tap internal and external resources, and form an effective cooperation and collaborative aesthetic education model of "home school society". Make full use of rich resources such as art galleries, museums, concert halls, cultural heritage and places of interest, create school-based aesthetic education courses with school characteristics, carry out comprehensive learning and practice activities, and strengthen the effective link between school aesthetic education and regional humanities. According to reports, Shandong University of Finance and economics will also coordinate the layout of aesthetic education characteristic projects and create a number of influential and sustainable campus aesthetic education brand projects on the basis of "one school with multiple products" and "one hospital with one product". In order to improve the school running conditions of aesthetic education, the school will adjust and optimize the structure of education expenditure and effectively ensure the investment of aesthetic education funds.
