On January 20, the Ministry of human resources and Social Security announced the first batch of 10 typical cases of arrears of labor remuneration in 2022. 1、 Jiangsu Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Changzhou Juwang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd On June 22, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 18 workers 115400 yuan in labor remuneration from May to June 2021. On August 11, 2021, Jintan District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On August 31, 2021, Jintan District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 2、 Zhejiang Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Shaoxing Hejian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd On July 20, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 25 workers 420900 yuan in labor remuneration from April to July 2021. On August 13, 2021, Keqiao District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On September 1, 2021, Keqiao District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 3、 Anhui Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Suzhou lvzhijie Landscaping Engineering Co., Ltd On March 11, 2021, Chuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau of Anhui Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 83 workers RMB 1.9632 million in labor remuneration from May 2019 to January 2021 in subcontracting the greening project of Chuzhou Minghu cultural tourism project. On April 2, 2021, Chuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on rectification within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On June 1, 2021, Chuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 4、 Fujian Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Fuzhou pengqian Fitness Service Co., Ltd On May 6, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 12 workers 102300 yuan in labor remuneration from October 2020 to April 2021. On May 20, 2021, Cangshan District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction for correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On July 5, 2021, Cangshan District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 5、 Henan Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Nanyang Xinlin installation Co., Ltd On April 6, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Xichuan County, Nanyang City, Henan Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 9 workers RMB 201000 from July to September 2019 in the reconstruction and installation project of a graphitization furnace dust hood in Xichuan County. On June 17, 2021, Xichuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on rectification within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On July 14, 2021, Xichuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 6、 Hubei Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Hubei zhongjingcheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd On January 22, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 95 workers RMB 2.3716 million in labor remuneration from November 2019 to January 2021 in the construction of Jindi Beichen yuefenghua project. On January 25, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongxihu District issued the instruction of labor security supervision and order for correction to the company according to law, and the company failed to perform it within the time limit. On June 17, 2021, Dongxihu District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 7、 Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Guangxi Qianxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd On January 6, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 10 workers 105100 yuan in labor remuneration from April to June 2020. On February 23, 2021, Wuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction for correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On June 1, 2021, Wuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 8、 Sichuan Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Sichuan yuejing Information Technology Consulting Co., Ltd On August 10, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 35 workers 215700 yuan in labor remuneration from May to July 2021. On August 16, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongpo District issued the instruction for correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On August 25, 2021, Dongpo District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 9、 Shaanxi Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration by Liuba County xingchaoyuan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd On February 9, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Liuba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 13 Workers 157000 yuan in labor remuneration from August 2019 to July 2020. On April 6, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Liuba County issued the instruction on rectification within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On June 21, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Liuba County transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 10、 Qinghai Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Nantong maishuo Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd On February 8, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Chengzhong District, Xining City, Qinghai Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. After investigation, the company owed 37 workers 191000 yuan in labor remuneration from November 2020 to February 2021 in the interior decoration project on the 4th and 5th floors of the central business district of Shuijing lane, Xining city. On February 9, 2021, Chengzhong District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the decision of labor security supervision ordering correction to the company according to law, and the company failed to perform within the time limit. On March 12, 2021, Chengzhong District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.
