On August 11, 2021, Jintan District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On August 31, 2021, Jintan District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. 2、 Zhejiang Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration of Shaoxing Hejian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd On July 20, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province received a complaint, reflecting that the company was in arrears with labor remuneration. On April 2, 2021, Chuzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on rectification within a time limit for labor security supervision to the company according to law, and the company failed to fulfill it within the time limit. On February 9, 2021, Chengzhong District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the decision of labor security supervision ordering correction to the company according to law, and the company failed to perform within the time limit. On March 12, 2021, Chengzhong District human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.
