In the spirit of promoting the improvement of product quality and ensuring the rights and interests of consumers to the greatest extent, and based on the feedback of the comparative test results to enterprises, in April 2021, Beijing Consumer Association organized the "interview of intelligent door lock comparative test enterprises" in Beijing, at which the problems found in the preliminary test were analyzed, standards publicized and implemented and technical exchanges were conducted, At the same time, the enterprise is required to rectify within a time limit, apply for retest and sign the product consistency statement after rectification, so as to ensure that the door lock applied for retest by the enterprise is consistent with the door lock quality sold in the market. According to the requirements of Beijing Consumer Association, zhongjiayuan (Beijing) testing and Certification Co., Ltd. retested 20 smart door locks applied by 18 enterprises after rectification. The retest of the door lock did not find any problems in the first test, and the safety and reliability were greatly improved, which is helpful to protect the rights and interests of consumers. During the retest, seven enterprises including Xijian, meisuo, Hisense, Heilong, Samsung, Xiaoyan intelligent and dinggu said that the door locks of the models involved in the first test would no longer be produced, and promised in writing that the subsequent door locks would be developed and produced in strict accordance with the standards, putting the safety of consumers and the quality of door locks first. The brands and product models with problems detected for the first time are as follows: According to the test results, in order to ensure the safety of consumers using smart door locks to the greatest extent, Beijing Consumer Association recommends that consumers when purchasing and using smart door locks: 1.
