It is reported that in 2021, the Ministry of justice successively issued the "14th five year plan" for the development of judicial administration and the construction plan of the national public legal service system, carried out the activity of "ten thousand associations and ten thousand associations" with the all China Federation of industry and commerce, launched 20 notarization measures to facilitate and benefit the people, improved the management system of judicial appraisal institutions and appraisers, and promoted the introduction of the legal aid law. A series of measures with different emphases have been taken to promote the equal, diversified and professional development of legal services, and continuously enhance the people's sense of access, happiness and security. According to the deployment of the conference, in 2022, China will promote the effective coverage of public legal service entity platforms, optimize and upgrade public legal service hotlines and network platforms, promote the in-depth integration of the three platforms, promote the construction of intelligent legal services, further optimize the layout of legal service institutions, and accelerate the construction of a public legal service network covering all business and all time and space. We will deepen the structural reform of the supply side of public legal services, allocate urban and rural legal service resources in a balanced manner, and strengthen the construction of public legal services in old revolutionary base areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas and poverty alleviation areas. Give full play to the functions of lawyers, notaries, legal aid, judicial expertise, arbitration, etc., establish legal service groups, carry out special legal services, and ensure high-quality economic and social development with high-quality rule of law services. The meeting also made clear the specific requirements for deepening the reform of judicial administration in the next step. For example, we will accelerate the introduction of basic systems such as administrative law enforcement supervision, qualification management of administrative law enforcement personnel, and the national standardized training system for administrative law enforcement personnel, and promote the pilot construction of a comprehensive administrative law enforcement coordination and supervision system at the four levels of provinces, cities, counties and townships.
