Wang Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), presided over and delivered a speech at the online long-distance consultation on politics in Beijing on the 14th. *** Promote the improvement of quality, efficiency, cost reduction and energy saving of China's logistics industry, and accelerate the transformation from a large logistics country to a powerful logistics country. Nine CPPCC members and invited representatives spoke in the organs of the CPPCC National Committee and three venues in Guangdong and Sichuan, as well as through mobile video connection, and more than 100 members expressed their opinions on the mobile performance platform. It is believed that smart logistics has significant advantages such as strong connectivity, wide integration, low economic cost, high operation efficiency and good ecological benefits, and represents the development direction of modern logistics industry. With the joint efforts of all parties, China has taken solid steps in the development of smart logistics, but there are still many blocking points and difficulties in regulations and standards, data sharing, industry supervision and policy support. Members suggested that we should improve the intelligent logistics infrastructure, promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of logistics hubs such as highways, ports and terminals, railway stations, airports and logistics parks, supplement the shortcomings of cold chain logistics, emergency logistics and rural logistics facilities, and consolidate the foundation of interconnection and interoperability. We should pay attention to giving full play to the exemplary role of leading enterprises, establish and improve the intelligent logistics technology, equipment, process and safety standard system, accelerate the unification of coding standards and data interface standards between upstream and downstream enterprises, improve the document standards such as face orders, waybills, warehouse receipts and bills of lading, and solve the problems of missing and scattered standards, non unification and non convergence. We should vigorously promote the open sharing of logistics data, build a national public information service platform, promote the information interconnection between relevant departments, various modes of transportation and enterprises and industries, and crack the "data island" and "data barrier". We should coordinate development and safety, adhere to the principle of inclusiveness and prudence, and innovate the industry supervision mode suitable for the development of smart logistics. We should strengthen cross sectoral and cross regional policy coordination, and implement and improve special support policies such as capital, land, taxation and finance. We should strengthen scientific and technological support, carry out major basic research on smart logistics and joint research on key common technologies by relying on national enterprise technology centers and scientific research institutes, and strive to solve the problem of "bottleneck". We should strengthen the construction of professional talent team and cultivate compound high-end talents who are familiar with logistics business and have digital expertise. We should adhere to the pilot first, select different fields, industries and cities to carry out the pilot development of smart logistics, solve outstanding problems and promote typical experience. Zhang Qingli, Li Bin and Gao Yunlong, vice chairmen of the CPPCC National Committee, attended the meeting. CPPCC members Wang Xianjin, Zhang Hui, Fang Huaijin, Liu Shaoyong, Guan Jinxian, Li Jian, Jin Li, he Shengyu and invited representative Wang Wei made speeches. The heads of the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of transport and the Ministry of Commerce made on-site consultations and exchanges.
