In 2021, our province won the excellent grade in the first assessment of local intellectual property protection by the central government, and was rated the highest grade A in the national quality work assessment, the food safety assessment of the State Council and the national drug safety assessment. "Deepening the reform of commercial system" was supervised and encouraged by the State Council, and ranked the first grade in the national "doubles" performance assessment. In terms of continuously strengthening competition law enforcement, in 2021, the province investigated 167000 cases of various types, with a fine of 950 million yuan, an increase of 35.3% and 17% respectively year-on-year. The province cleaned up and adjusted 900 documents involving violations of the fair competition review system. 42 key platform enterprises in the province were warned and urged to sign the letter of commitment for legal compliance operation of platform enterprises.
