Water chestnut moistens dryness and generates fluid, but two types of people should use it with caution

Water chestnut, lotus root and radish soup Ingredients: 100g water chestnut, 100g raw lotus root (including lotus root node), 100g white radish, wash and slice, and a handful of red peanuts. Practice: wash and cut the water chestnut (peeled), raw lotus root and white radish into pieces, put them into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, fry for 30 minutes, and eat after warming. Function: it helps to dissipate phlegm and heat, eliminate accumulation and stagnation, especially for people with stagnant food, fullness of abdominal distension, cough and aphonia. 2. Water chestnut and scallion soup Ingredients: 150g water chestnuts, 15g chives, appropriate seasoning and a little sesame oil. Method: wash the water chestnut, peel and cut into pieces; Wash the shallots and cut them into coarse pieces. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After boiling over the high fire, put water chestnuts into the pot and boil for 5 ~ 10 minutes. Adjust the taste, sprinkle with chopped chives, sprinkle with sesame oil, and then serve. Function: it is helpful to solve the surface, eliminate accumulation and dissolve phlegm. It is suitable for people with light mouth and poor appetite.
