The West Kowloon Magistracy of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ruled on the 4th that Zou Xingtong, former vice chairman of the "Hong Kong support League", was convicted of inciting others to participate in an illegal assembly last year and sentenced to 15 months' imprisonment. The West Kowloon Magistracy pointed out that Zou Xingtong published articles on the Internet from May 29 to June 4 last year to publicize and appeal to the public to participate in unauthorized gatherings.
