The administrative regulation came into force on the 14th. After the Central People's Government approved and decided to set up national security affairs advisers and national security technical advisers in the Committee for the maintenance of national security of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Macao SAR government resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the central government, made every effort to implement them quickly, and adopted the above administrative regulations to provide local legal guarantee for the national security affairs advisers and national security technical advisers to perform their duties according to law. The SAR government said it would actively support the work of the national security adviser and the national security technical adviser, and jointly fulfill the constitutional responsibility of safeguarding national security.
