2021 · south south human rights forum was held in Beijing on August 8. *** *** Huang Kunming pointed out that the 100 years of the Communist Party of China are 100 years of striving for, respecting, protecting and realizing human rights. *** History has proved that China has successfully embarked on a human rights development path in line with the trend of the times and with Chinese characteristics, and has made important contributions to the cause of international human rights. Facing the future, China is willing to work with the majority of developing countries to adhere to the people first and life first, seek common prosperity and development, promote equal cooperation, safeguard fairness and justice, improve the global human rights governance system, and promote the development of the world's human rights cause in a more equal, comprehensive, balanced and progressive direction. The forum is co sponsored by the Information Office of the State Council and the Ministry of foreign affairs, with the theme of "people first and global human rights governance".
