While reducing the burden of having children, the regulations also pay attention to the issue of providing for the aged. In the future, if the elderly over the age of 60 are hospitalized, their children's units shall support nursing care and give nursing leave of 20 days for the only child and 10 days for the non only child every year. If a husband and wife who have obtained the honor certificate for only child parents have an accidental disability or death of their only child, they shall receive assistance in accordance with the provisions.
