The product oil pipeline project in Northeast Thailand is Thailand's energy strategic project and one of the important infrastructure of Thailand's product oil transportation system. After the project is completed, it will improve Thailand's energy security, improve the product oil supply in Northeast Thailand and promote local economic and social development. In order to speed up the construction of product oil pipeline project in Northeast Thailand, the project Department of CNPC Pipeline Bureau, the construction unit, launched a labor competition of "100 days of decisive battle and win double victories in anti epidemic and production protection" on August 18. While actively preventing and controlling the epidemic situation, the project department accelerated the on-site construction. At present, the comprehensive progress of the product oil pipeline project in Northeast Thailand is 92.93% and the safe man hours exceed 8 million. This event is in the rainy season in Thailand, plus third waves of COVID-19's continuous spread, and the pressure of project progress and epidemic prevention and control is unprecedented. The project department actively mobilizes all forces to formulate effective measures: first, make practical plans to ensure that all construction units are put into construction personnel and equipment as planned. Second, ensure that epidemic prevention and control are in place, and implement regular and irregular rapid nucleic acid detection and random inspection to ensure that the epidemic situation on the project site is controlled; Third, strengthen supervision, standardize construction, and increase the intensity and frequency of on-site inspection. During the 100 day hard work competition, all Zhongtai employees devoted themselves to overcoming many difficulties and achieving the expected goals.
