The SAR government also proposes to provide copyright exemption for the use of copyrighted works for the purposes of parody, satire, creating comedy and imitation, commenting on current events and quoting copyrighted works; It also revised and broadened the exemption to facilitate the use of copyright works in online learning, library, archives and museum operations.
