The opinions require that by 2025, there will be no large-area cyanobacteria bloom in Taihu Lake and Chaohu Lake, resulting in black and odor in the water body, so as to ensure the safety of water supply sources. The ecological environment quality of Dongting Lake, Poyang Lake, Erhai Lake and Dianchi Lake has been consolidated and improved, prominent ecological environment problems have been effectively treated, and the water quality is stable and good.
