Li Keqiang pointed out that China is willing to increase vaccine and anti epidemic material assistance to Africa in accordance with Africa's needs, so as to build a strong defense line for people's health. Deepen the docking of development strategies, give further play to the advantages of strong economic complementarity and industrial echelon, and promote practical cooperation to improve quality and efficiency. We will promote both quantity and quality of local cooperation, strengthen the exchange of experience in urban governance, poverty eradication, social construction and agricultural modernization, and promote sister city cooperation. Safeguard the common interests of developing countries, always adhere to the friendly tradition of mutual respect, equality, solidarity and cooperation, adhere to multilateralism, and support each other on issues related to each other's core interests and major concerns. Li Keqiang said that China Africa cooperation is rooted in the people and comes from exchanges. The closer the local cooperation between China and Africa, the stronger the foundation of China Africa cooperation and the deeper the friendship between the Chinese and African people.
