According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, at 1:16 Beijing time on November 8, after about 6.5 hours of extravehicular activities, the Shenzhou 13 astronaut crew worked closely to successfully complete all the established tasks of the extravehicular activities. Astronauts Zhai Zhigang and Wang Yaping returned to Tianhe nuclear module safely, and the extravehicular activities were a complete success. This is the third astronaut extravehicular activity in the space station stage of China's manned space project, the first extravehicular activity of the Shenzhou 13 astronaut crew, and the first extravehicular activity attended by a female astronaut in China's space history. During the astronauts' extravehicular activities, the world cooperated vigorously and the inside and outside of the capsule cooperated closely. They successively completed the installation of mechanical arm suspension device and adapter, extravehicular typical action test and other tasks. The whole process was smooth and complete, and further tested the functional performance of China's new generation of extravehicular space suits, The ability of astronauts and manipulator to work together and the reliability and safety of supporting equipment related to extravehicular activities are tested.
