An enterprise delegation organized by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Bureau went to Shanghai on the 4th to participate in the 4th China International Import Expo. During the Expo, CCPIT will set up two pavilions and hold an investment promotion conference to play the role of Macao's Sino Portuguese platform, promote business advantages and help enterprises expand business opportunities. According to the Bureau for the promotion of international trade, the Macao entrepreneur delegation has nearly 70 members from different fields such as trade, exhibition, finance, e-commerce, science and technology, food, hotel tourism, catering, manufacturing, professional services and so on. The Bureau for the promotion of trade will set up pavilions in the "food and agricultural products exhibition area" and "service trade exhibition area" of the Expo. Among them, "food and agricultural products exhibition area - Food and beverage Hall of Macao and Portuguese speaking countries" covers an area of 600 square meters, and "service trade exhibition area - professional service hall of Portuguese speaking countries" covers an area of 60 square meters. The two pavilions organized 46 Macao enterprises engaged in Macao manufacturing, Macao brands and acting as agents for food, beverage and service trade of Portuguese speaking countries, of which nearly one third participated for the first time. In addition, the Council for the promotion of international trade will also hold an investment promotion conference of "seizing Macao and seizing the opportunities of Portuguese speaking countries", so as to help participants understand the general situation of economic and trade development of Portuguese speaking countries and the services and support provided by the Macao SAR for business cooperation between the industrial and commercial circles of China and Portuguese speaking countries in financial, legal and other professional fields.
