Qianshan County came up with the method of "changing the traffic lights of the whole county into red lights". In the past two years, China has accumulated a lot of effective experience in epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, the specific provisions formulated by the state for the epidemic situation and the improvement of laws and regulations related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases also provide clear standards and guidelines for the epidemic prevention work of local governments. Although the epidemic situation in Heihe and Yanshan Mountains is not to be ignored, there is no need to alter the traffic lights and change the health codes according to the registered residence.
