The Hong Kong Central Committee Liaison Office has cooperated with relevant state ministries and relevant mainland institutions to hold a series of brand activities of "the spirit of the times shining on the Xiangjiang" in Hong Kong since the middle of this year. Lin zhengyue'e also mentioned that the SAR government has invested more than HK $130 billion in the investment of resources for Chuangke development in four years.
