Upgrade several existing policies. Further relax the restrictions on settlement, and college graduates can settle in cities and towns where they have a legal and stable residence or intend to work and start a business in the province with their graduation certificate; Increase the maximum amount of entrepreneurship guarantee loans for small and micro enterprises to 5 million yuan; Increase the intensity of employment internship, and reward and compensate the units with high retention rate after the internship expires according to the number of trainees; Increase the support fund for entrepreneurship support projects for college students to 50000-500000 yuan; Adjust the subsidy standard for entrepreneurship training to 300 yuan, 1200 yuan and 1500 yuan according to the training category; Relax the recruitment of grass-roots institutions, and county and township institutions can openly recruit local college graduates in urgent need by means of interview, skill test and organization investigation.
