This civil structure three storey residential building was built in 1997 and has been built for more than 20 years. It contains architectural elements of Tibetan, Han and Naxi nationalities. This magnificent folk house takes the courtyard as the center, is closed around, and some inclined roofs on both sides are covered with glazed tiles. Cranes, flowers and birds, phoenixes and golden toads can be seen in the painting and decoration of the internal and external walls of the building. The walls of folk houses are of typical Tibetan architectural style, and the wood panels protruding above the windows and doors show the charm of Naxi architecture.
