Confucius, Mencius and Confucianism have emerged here. It is also the source and gathering place of Mohist culture, Legalist culture, strategist culture and Taoist culture. Zhang Jin, deputy director of the Institute of contemporary religion of Shandong Academy of Social Sciences and director of Qilu Culture Research Center, said that Qilu culture is a regional culture developed from the integration of Qi culture and Lu Culture in the pre-Qin period, and its significance has far exceeded the specific time and space boundaries. It is not only an extremely important development stage in the history of Chinese civilization, but also one of the living water sources of the main body of Chinese traditional culture since the Qin and Han Dynasties. Li Qiuling, a professor at the school of philosophy of Renmin University of China, believes that the communication history and Sinicization of Christianity in Shandong is an important page in the history of Christianity. There have been typical examples of translating a large number of Chinese classics and "broadcasting in the West in middle school", which can be used for reference for the current Sinicization of Christianity. Zhou Guangrong, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, believes that the interpretation of doctrines and rules is an important content of adhering to the direction of China's religious sinicization and a deep-seated religious Sinicization. Taking Buddhism as an example, the Sinicization of Buddhist scriptures includes three stages: Chinese translation, interpretation and compilation. During the song and Yuan Dynasties, the three most influential and widely disseminated classics, Mahayana Qixin Lun, Yuanjue Jing and Lengyan Jing, were all compiled by the Chinese. They not only understand the Buddhist principles, but also integrate the classical interpretation with Chinese characteristics, making it closely related to China's inherent cultural tradition.
