Han Zheng said that the one hand "one belt, one road" initiative was put forward for eight years, and was widely recognized and enthusiastically participated in by the international community. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with all countries in building energy cooperation in the framework of "one belt and one road", so as to jointly promote the sustainable development of global energy and maintain global energy security. Third, jointly promote sustainable energy development, strengthen energy accessibility cooperation, and help developing countries improve their energy security capacity and level. Fourth, jointly promote energy inclusive development and respect the right of countries to independently choose energy development strategies. The second "one belt, one road" Ministerial Conference was jointly sponsored by the national energy board and the Shandong Provincial People's government.
