Among them, the "Entering the Market" section mainly introduces the elimination of market access barriers, as well as the improvement of enterprise registration, real estate registration, and other aspects. The "Factor Guarantee" section mainly introduces the situation of ensuring that business entities obtain production factors such as funds, technology, and data. The "Business Environment" section mainly introduces the deepening of fair competition governance and the improvement of bidding and procurement mechanisms. The "Dispute Resolution" section mainly introduces the improvement of the litigation service system and the establishment of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism. The "Enterprise Exit" section focuses on introducing the improvement of enterprise bankruptcy mechanisms, optimization of enterprise deregistration registration processes, and other aspects. It is worth mentioning that the report showcases China's innovative practice of improving administrative efficiency and level through "efficiently accomplishing one thing", specifically introducing the implementation effects of "one thing" in areas such as enterprise establishment, enterprise information change, bankruptcy information verification, and enterprise cancellation.
