According to public information, Zhang Genheng, born in May 1960, is from Dongzhi, Anhui. has worked at the China Construction Bank for many years and served as its vice president and other positions since April 2013. In November 2024, it officially reported that Zhang Genheng was under investigation.Upon investigation, it was found that Zhang Genheng had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspiration and, resisted organizational review, engaged in superstitious activities; disregarded the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-point Regulation, accepted gifts, cash gifts, and consumer cards violation of regulations, accepted arrangements for travel activities and banquets, and drank on public funds; ignored organizational principles, failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations, and benefits for others in the recruitment of employees; lost his moral integrity, violated regulations by owning shares in non-listed companies, and used his power to seek benefits for the business activities his relatives and friends; relied on loans to eat loans, and transformed the public power given by the Party and the people into a tool to seek personal gain, engaged in large- power and money transactions, used his position to seek benefits for others in terms of bank credit, loan approval, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property; violated national regulations to grant loans causing especially great losses.Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant regulations, Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) Standing Committee studied and decided to expel Zhang Genheng from the Party; cancel the benefits he was entitled to according to regulations confiscate the proceeds from his disciplinary violations; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the People's Procuratorate for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer related property.Zhao Jinyun, female, born in October 1965, is from Minqin, Gu Province. She joined the Jiusan Society in April 1999 and became the vice governor of Gansu Province in December 2022. In October2024, the official announcement stated that Zhao Jinyun was under investigation.It was found that Zhao Jinyun violated the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions by banquets that may affect the fair exercise of public power; violated organizational requirements by failing to report personal matters truthfully, seeking benefits for others in cadre selection and appointment, and financial gains; violated the requirements of integrity by engaging in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; and transformed the public power granted by the Party and the people into a tool for personal, engaging in family-style corruption, amassing huge amounts of money, and using her position to seek benefits for others in project contracting and engineering payment, and illegally receiving huge financial gainsAccording to relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China Supervision Law," the National Supervisory Commission imposed the punishment of dismissal from public office on her; confiscated her illegal; and transferred her suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution, with the involved assets also transferred.Lu Kehua, born in October 194, is from Tongyang, Anhui Province. He became the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of Chongqing Municip 2023. In November 2024, the official announcement stated that he was under investigation.It was found that Lu Kehua had lost his ideals beliefs, abandoned his original aspirations and mission, engaged in "low-level red" and "high-level black," and befriended political frauds; violated the spirit of the Central Provisions by promoting irregular debt financing to build office buildings and accepting banquets that may affect the fair exercise of public power. He was also accused of "losing the bottom line of, receiving gifts in violation of regulations, borrowing vehicles and accepting services from drivers, and accepting travel arrangements that may affect the fair exercise of public power, engaging in transactions involving power and" and "long-term obsession with gambling; greedy desires expanded, using public power as a tool for personal gain, colluding with business bosses, and engaging in power-for-money transactionsAccording to relevant provisions of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishments," after the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection reviewed and reported the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to impose the punishment of expulsion from the Party on Lu Kehua; the National Supervisory Commission imposed the punishment dismissal from public office on him; terminated his qualifications as a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 6th Party Congress of Chong Municipality; confiscated his disciplinary and illegal gains; and transferred his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution, with the involved assets also transferred.
