Jinyang, Sichuan: The Xixi River Left Line Extra Large Bridge spans the Xixi River section and the continuous rigid frame is successfully closed

On April 17, 2025, the Xixi River Left Line Extra Large Bridge of the Yipan Expressway in Jinyang County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, successfully completed the continuous rigid structure crossing the Xixi River section. The Xixi River Grand Bridge is one of the key control projects of the Yangtze River Expressway, with a total length of 1.4 kilometers on its left track. The geological conditions in the bridge area are complex and the ecological environment is extremely fragile, which poses great challenges for construction. The successful closure of the main bridge of the Left Line Extra Large Bridge signifies a significant breakthrough in the key and difficult control engineering of the project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent progress of the project.
