In 2024, the number of dishonest individuals on the national list will decrease for the first time in ten years. Today, it was learned from a press conference held by the Supreme People's Court that in the first quarter of 2025, 394200 new cases of dishonesty were added to the national court list, a further decrease of 9 percentage points compared to the same period last year. At the same time, over 400000 cases of credit repair were completed, and the number of cases on the dishonesty list continued the negative growth trend of 2024. On the same day, the Supreme People's Court held a press conference to introduce the deepening of cross execution and standardized execution work by the people's courts, and released the first batch of special guidance cases on execution implementation. According to Huang Wenjun, Director of the Supreme People's Court Executive Bureau, cross execution is an important measure for the Supreme People's Court to continuously promote the reform of execution, and has been a key focus of execution work in recent years, attracting social attention. Since its implementation one and a half years ago, the people's courts have resolved many serious, difficult, and bone cases through cross execution, achieving significant results and gradually becoming a normalized and long-term daily work of the execution line. As of March 31, 2025, there have been nearly 300000 cross execution cases in courts across the country, with substantial progress or resolution of nearly 150000 cases and a total execution amount of nearly 160 billion yuan. According to reports, in the first quarter, the online judicial auction transaction volume of the People's Court was 98200, an increase of 10 percentage points year-on-year, with a transaction rate of 64.54%, an increase of 6 percentage points year-on-year, showing a "double rise" trend, reflecting that with the coordinated efforts of the national stock policy and the package of incremental policies, the efficiency of property realization and disposal work has been improved and released, providing more growth momentum for stabilizing the market and promoting consumption. Huang Wenjun stated that in recent years, there have been new developments and achievements in the implementation work. However, compared to the expectations of the people, there are still gaps, inability to keep up, and inability to adapt.
