Recently, the China Cambodia Yunrang Port Joint Support and Training Center was officially put into operation to ensure the military's regional counter-terrorism, disaster prevention and reduction, humanitarian rescue, joint training and other operations. Both sides dispatched necessary personnel to jointly maintain the normal operation of the center. The construction and use of the center is the result of mutual respect and equal consultation between China and Cambodia, in accordance with their domestic laws, relevant international laws, and international practices. It is not targeted at any third party and is conducive to further strengthening practical cooperation between the two militaries, better fulfilling international obligations, and providing international public security products.
