At 16:00 on April 2nd, the "Sailun" ship carrying 6 sets of wind turbine equipment slowly departed from the dock under the safety guidance of the Yangjiang Maritime Department. This is the last batch of wind power equipment shipped from Yangjiang Port to Serbia's Heifeng Wind Farm. The safe departure of this batch of goods marks that Yangjiang Port has successfully completed the export of all wind power equipment required for the China Serbia "the Belt and Road" cooperation project. The last batch of wind power equipment of the China Serbia "the Belt and Road" cooperation project left the port on the "Salem" ship. According to reports, the Heifeng Wind Power Project is the first mountainous wind power project invested by a Chinese enterprise in Serbia, and also the largest overseas wind power project under construction in Serbia. It is planned to be connected to the grid and put into operation in 2025, with an estimated annual power generation of about 480 million kilowatt hours. The project is equipped with 25 6.25-megawatt wind turbines developed by China Mingyang Group Yangjiang Industrial Base. The starting port is Yangjiang Port Yuedian Terminal. The first batch of wind turbines was shipped in June last year and have been shipped for 3 voyages. The 6 sets of wind turbine units shipped this time, including 282 large wind power equipment, face challenges such as large equipment volume and complex hoisting and fastening. In order to ensure the shortened stay time and smooth loading and unloading of the ship, the Yangjiang Maritime Department has coordinated with pilot, dock, agent and other units in advance, timely grasped the needs of the ship's berthing, departure and loading and unloading operation plans, formulated a refined supervision and service plan for key ships carrying wind power equipment, and ensured that the ship has "priority entry and exit, priority berthing and departure, priority loading and unloading, and priority inspection". Yangjiang maritime law enforcement personnel provided on-site support for the loading operation of the "Sailun" ship. According to Chen Gengjian's photo, in recent years, the manufacturing and export of wind power equipment in Yangjiang have shown a vigorous development trend. The loading cycle of wind power equipment shipped from Yangjiang Port to Serbia has significantly accelerated, from 11 days for the first voyage to 4 and a half days. The rental cost of the shipping schedule alone has saved the enterprise about 900000 yuan, and the supporting services such as dock rental, binding, and loading supervision have saved about 800000 yuan.
