The No. 1 Central Document in 2025 will focus on "focusing on strengthening county-level that enrich the people" as an important content. So, what are the industries that enrich the people? The concept of industries that enrich the people is often simply understood as "enriching the people industry" and is considered a new model for the development of rural industries. Although this explains the form of rural industry development to some extent, it fails to fully answer the real con and logic behind the industries that enrich the people.
