Recently, Shenyang, Liaoning Province has promoted the "efficient completion of one task" reform, built a "digital highway" for government services, and implemented cross departmental integrated services. Multiple tasks or links that originally required running through multiple departments have been integrated into "one task", implementing an integrated service model of "one form, one set of materials, comprehensive acceptance, and one-time completion" to serve the general public.
