Specifically, the 'Several Measures' propose to create a number of global new product launch landmarks, strengthen and optimize platform carriers such as fashion weeks and car exhibitions. Attract high-quality global brands to open their first stores, establish research and development design centers and regional headquarters, and improve the first launch economic ecosystem. Expand the scope of unilateral visa free countries in an orderly manner, enhance the effectiveness of visa free policies for foreign personnel during transit, and promote regional linkage in implementing visa free policies for transit in relevant cities. Optimize the process of handling departure tax refunds and promote the "buy and refund" policy. Carry out pilot reforms in automobile circulation and consumption, develop new consumption scenarios such as automobile racing and RV camping according to local conditions, and expand the consumption of the automobile aftermarket. Explore opening low altitude logistics routes, developing low altitude tourism projects, and expanding low altitude consumption scenarios in areas with safe conditions. In terms of improving the quality of consumer supply, the "Several Measures" mention promoting the deepening application of technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and big data in the consumer field, and creating a number of "artificial intelligence+consumption" scenarios. On March 25th, Li Gang, Director of the Consumer Promotion Department of the Ministry of Commerce, stated at a press conference on expanding consumption that "we will accelerate the implementation of various policies and measures to expand consumption".
