On March 21st, a freight train loaded with 8 40 foot sea freight containers departed from the railway port of Yong'an Minzhong Public Railway Intermodal Logistics Base, marking the official launch of Fujian's first logistics hub that integrates "public railway iron" multimodal transportation functions. It is expected to reduce regional logistics costs by over 100 million yuan annually. The goods shipped this time are mainly tire products, which are transported from the factory to the railway port via a short road barge. They are then transported by railway along the Yingxia Line to the Qianchang Port Station, and then transported by liner to the Northeast region. The entire process is completed by three different modes of transportation: road, railway, and waterway.
