At the planning meeting held on March 9th, the three parties of China, Iran, and Russia discussed the joint exercise plan and details of the exercise, laying a solid foundation for the next stage of maritime exercises, on how to cooperate with participating ships and whether the combat commands are universal after completing the troop assembly. The organization and implementation of this joint exercise are more flexible, and the requirements for combat coordination are higher. During the interval of this joint exercise, Chinese, Iranian, and Russian officers and soldiers held cultural and sports activities such as beach competitions.
