On March 4th, the Shanghai Rolling Stock Depot of China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd. held a ceremony for the safe departure of the "Zhou Enlai" locomotive group after traveling 13 million kilometers. The "Zhou Enlai" locomotive exhibition room was renovated and reopened. The "Zhou Enlai" locomotive was named in 1978 and underwent four generations of models from diesel locomotives to electric locomotives over the course of 47 years. In 2015, the fourth generation "Zhou Enlai" locomotive "Harmony Type" HXD1D-1898 was officially put into operation and is currently responsible for the traction task of K1555/K1556 passenger trains between Shanghai and Nanjing.
