We adhere to the principle of fighting for the sake of war, explore and optimize methods of educating people for the sake of war, take case-based teaching as the driving force, and systematically promote the construction of teaching staff, curriculum materials, scientific research innovation, and other aspects The leaders of the school introduced that in recent years, they have established and improved a case-based teaching model, focusing on building a high-level teaching team and high-quality demonstration courses in accordance with the idea of "teaching mode closely related to practical cases and teacher team familiar with actual combat". To this end, the institute highlights the teaching focus of air force service combat support, regularly organizes instructors to go deep into grassroots units and training lines, collects and organizes special situation handling cases of front-line units, establishes a teaching case library, and provides solid data support for case-based teaching. Adhering to the principle of "leading research through war, integrating research with education, and integrating teaching and research", we closely focus on serving the urgent needs of preparing for war. We timely integrate the key and difficult issues of military training and support, as well as the experience of frontline military support, into textbooks and classrooms, and promote classroom teaching to focus on preparing for war and research topics as a frontline support service. In practice, they actively select instructors to participate in air force training activities, learn new concepts and master new methods through face-to-face communication, and test teaching results in training practice; Regularly organize teachers to conduct academic exchanges at well-known universities and research institutions, participate in various military and civilian teaching competitions, conduct cross disciplinary and cross professional teacher training, and continuously tap into the teaching potential of the teacher team. Bring problems to the grassroots level and bring real cases back to the classroom. The leaders of the institute introduced that with the continuous improvement of the case-based teaching mode, all aspects of the teaching process have been promoted to focus on combat and approach actual combat. A group of teachers have grown into teaching backbones and expert talents, and their teaching, combat and research capabilities have been continuously enhanced.
