There is still a lot of work to be done to achieve the goal of halving global road traffic fatalities by 2030. Global governments, youth groups, academia, and business should each take responsibility and work together to achieve road safety for all. Is this conference a global event? Is the Security Ministerial Conference held for the first time in Africa?. According to the World Health Organization's Global Road Safety Status Report 2023, Africa has the highest road traffic accident mortality rate in the world.
