Nowadays, many young people are accustomed to browsing online reviews of related products before making a purchase. With the popularity of the "third-party evaluation" market, more and more evaluation accounts have emerged, providing valuable references for everyone's shopping. But at the same time, some people roast that they had hoped to get scientific purchase guidance from the evaluation, but they were trapped by the false evaluation. Recently, a survey conducted by the Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily in collaboration with Wenjuan. com showed that 68.5% of 1338 respondents had experienced intentionally using "third-party evaluations" as a strategy, only to fall into a "trap" in the end. 58.9% of respondents will refer to both the comments and feedback in the comment section when selecting reliable evaluation content. Clothing, skincare and makeup, and digital technology are the three most popular product categories for respondents to watch evaluations. Wang Qin from Hebei told reporters that she now heavily relies on "third-party evaluations" when purchasing clothing, children's food, and supplies. Especially the food that children eat. Now there are too many kinds of children's food, which is easy to be dazzling. Wang Qin always looks at the evaluation before buying, "Rice noodles, noodles, fruit paste, soy sauce... I have to make strategies for everything". Qi Zhipeng, born in the 1980s in Beijing, is a digital product enthusiast who enjoys reviewing products such as cameras, mobile phones, and computers. Especially at the beginning of the sale of some new products, I tend to focus on reading reviews from a few digital bloggers. If there are any technological innovations that attract me, I am likely to make offline purchases. Which categories of products do people usually prefer to read reviews for? According to the survey, clothing (61.7%), skincare and cosmetics (56.4%), digital technology (53.7%), and adult food (52.9%) ranked in the top four. Other items include: children's products such as toys and clothing (40.7%); Children's food (36.7%); Automobiles (23.0%). Out of 10 points, the interviewee gave the overall credibility of the current "third-party evaluation" in the market a score of 6.6. Zhou Runa is a sophomore student at a university in Hubei and also likes to read evaluations before shopping. However, she was recently "tricked" by a review blogger. I wanted to buy a thick coat before, so I searched for recommended posts and accidentally came across a cotton coat review post with high likes and collections. The blogger strongly recommended one of the four or five items with a mid-range price. Although it was a pre-sale and I had to wait for 25 days, I still placed an order. However, when I received the goods not long ago, Zhou Runa was greatly disappointed. Whether it was the color, pattern, or workmanship, they were all far from what was shown in the video. "No one would have thought that these two clothes were the same. This survey shows that nearly 70% of respondents (68.5%) have had the experience of intentionally going to a "third-party evaluation" to make a strategy, only to fall into a "trap" in the end. Analysis shows that among the respondents, those born in the 2000s (75.2%) have the highest proportion, followed by those born in the 1990s (73.1%); The proportion of male respondents (70.3%) was higher than that of female respondents (67.3%). Wang Qin feels that some people have targeted the "operational space" behind "third-party evaluation" and have entered this field one after another, resulting in a mixed quality of "third-party evaluation" on the current market. Given her past shopping experience, she gave the overall credibility of this industry a score of 8 out of 10. I originally wanted to save time and effort, but ended up wasting time and effort, which made me angry. Where should I go to reason Zhou Runa is only willing to give the overall credibility of the "third-party evaluation" a score of 5. "The threshold for conducting evaluations is too low now, and even as long as you have a product or a mobile phone at hand, you can record one episode of content, all based on personal level and conscience. What is the overall credibility of the "third-party evaluation" on the current market? The results showed that out of a maximum score of 10, the respondents gave an average score of 6.6, just above the passing line. How to identify reliable evaluation content? 58.9% of the respondents will refer to the comments and feedback in the comment section. Wang Qin often purchases online and has a certain ability to distinguish unreliable products, but she almost fell for it once. I once saw a review of sunscreen, and many people in the comment section 'happened' to have used one of the unknown niche products, actively feedback on its effectiveness, and made me 'passionately place an order'. But upon further reflection, I found that the 'tricks' of several people's comments were very similar, which made her suspicious. She searched for brands online and found that their reputation was very poor, so she quickly cancelled the order. How to identify reliable evaluation content? According to the survey, 58.9% of respondents will refer to comments and feedback in the comment section, 58.7% of respondents only look at evaluation accounts that are frequently followed and have a good reputation, 55.8% of respondents will judge based on word rigor, detail, and other factors, and 51.8% of respondents will choose the most popular ones. Due to an experience of buying diapers based on a review and experiencing a "crash", second child mother Liu Niandan will no longer blindly believe in the review content. I will flip through the comments section again, and if I find that consumers who have bought have given negative feedback, I will definitely not make a purchase. In fact, for any field of evaluation, practitioners must first be familiar with the product. Qi Zhipeng will first judge the evaluation based on the blogger's speech and behavior. Some evaluation bloggers just 'perform' according to the script, which is rigid and boring, and do not understand the product issues raised by fans, or avoid discussing and downplay the key points. Some bloggers will explain various indicators from the perspective of consumers, answer questions and give people a reliable feeling. I definitely need to pay more attention to such evaluation accounts. Among the respondents, males accounted for 38.0% and females accounted for 62.0%. In terms of age distribution, the post-2000s accounted for 12.0%, the post-90s accounted for 47.3%, the post-80s accounted for 32.8%, the post-70s accounted for 6.6%, the post-60s accounted for 1.2%, and others accounted for 0.1%.
