Since the beginning of this year, market regulatory authorities have increased their efforts to protect consumer rights and vigorously rectify prominent issues in the consumer sector. Thoroughly rectify the chaos of electronic pricing scales, investigate and punish 36000 unqualified electronic pricing scales; Completed the comprehensive crackdown on cheating in fuel dispensers, investigated 1530 cases, and fined 290 million yuan; Strengthen the joint governance of "occupational closure", crack down severely on false registration behavior, and introduce a strict review system for the registration of changes in the legal representative of advance payment enterprises. According to Luo Wen, Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, next year we will focus on enterprises, industries, and regions with concentrated consumption, and cultivate a large number of trustworthy stores, markets, online stores, restaurants, and scenic spots. Explore non reason returns in different locations and stores to improve the coverage and redemption rate of offline non reason returns. In terms of comprehensively upgrading the complaint and report handling system, the national 12315 platform will be fully upgraded next year, promoting the extension of consumer complaint disclosure from online to offline, and reducing the source of consumer disputes. Improve the early settlement rate of online consumer dispute resolution mechanisms and explore the connection with platform enterprise after-sales channels. Next year, the market supervision department will also carry out the "Guarding Consumption" law enforcement iron fist action, focusing on investigating and punishing problems such as after-sales buck passing, false promises, and overbearing clauses, promoting the formulation of specialized administrative regulations in the prepaid consumption field, comprehensively integrating and formulating a unified "three guarantees" system for consumer goods, and strengthening the construction of demonstration contracts, quality monitoring, standard revision, and certification systems in the service consumption field.
