The reporter recently learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that up to now, 700 billion yuan of ultra long term special treasury bond for the "dual" construction has been allocated to the project in three batches, and another 300 billion yuan has been allocated to strengthen support for the "two new" work. So far, 1 trillion yuan of ultra long term special treasury bond have been arranged and are being accelerated. The National Development and Reform Commission, in conjunction with relevant departments, strictly screens projects based on the top-down principle, prioritizing the selection of cross regional and cross basin major landmark projects, striving to ensure that all projects reflect the "dual" nature and national will. The "dual" construction focuses on supporting the construction of railways, trunk highways, and airports along the Yangtze River, the construction of the Western Land Sea New Corridor, the construction of high standard farmland in the black soil of Northeast China, the construction of the "Three Norths" project, the construction of the urbanization public service system for agricultural transfer population, and the upgrading of higher education.
