Faced with the unknown world, fierce competition, desired positions, and numerous challenges in reality, graduates naturally have anxiety, unease, and even fear in their hearts. How to give students another 'ride' on graduation has become a mandatory question for universities. Recently, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology chartered a group of graduates to apply for jobs, which received attention and likes. Behind renting a car for job hunting is the difficulty that graduates face in finding employment. Some introverted and unsociable college students, facing unfamiliar environments and strict examiners, may become passive in the interview process due to "aphasia" and even lose confidence in going out to apply for a job. On the other hand, many fresh graduates may not necessarily be looking for jobs in the city where their university is located. They also have to face the hardships of transportation, the cost of bumpy trips, and the loneliness in job hunting. At this point, any small setback could become a stumbling block on their path of growth. Under the organization of universities, the "fighting alone" in job hunting has become "fighting side by side". This' shoulder to shoulder 'is a mutual encouragement and companionship among classmates, as well as a concerted effort and joint progress between students and universities. Specifically, attending an interview with familiar classmates can help alleviate nervousness; Having friends to accompany you on the journey will make you feel more at ease, more confident, and in better condition. Not to mention, the service provided by the school greatly reduces the time and economic costs for graduates to plan their routes and arrange their trips, providing thoughtful guarantees to alleviate their worries. During the job search season, many graduates' hearts are like tight rubber bands, in a very fragile and sensitive state. In this situation, in addition to supplementing knowledge and honing skills, many students actually need more emotional comfort and spiritual embrace. The school provides practical care and support, making graduates feel more cared for, less difficult, and less troublesome. They naturally have more fighting spirit and confidence in finding jobs. In order to achieve practical results in renting a job, this university has also done a lot of detailed supporting work. For example, first proactively identify employers with a high number of resumes submitted by students, matching majors, and suitable salaries, and then organize student charter services; Invite former employees of the employer to answer questions about popular positions. In addition, the school also provides training on how to write resumes, how to send emails or text messages to employers, and organizes student group mock interviews. Behind these seemingly ordinary jobs, there is actually a genuine effort to put in effort and research, which plays a tangible role. Whether it's renting a car for job hunting or providing "nanny level" employment assistance, both are important measures for universities to innovate employment security services and improve student support systems.
