China's' Agricultural Science City 'provides smart solutions for the development of modern agriculture in SCO countries

In demonstration parks in Kazakhstan and Belarus, wheat varieties have increased yields by over 20% compared to local varieties; In the Uzbekistan demonstration park, the intelligent water fertilizer integrated irrigation equipment developed by the school has been put into use, increasing crop yields by more than 30% and achieving a water saving rate of up to 50%. Recently, the Institute of Water saving Agriculture in Arid Areas of Northwest A&F University released the "Report on China's Grain Production Water Footprint and Regional Virtual Water Flow (1997-2023)". Zhao Bing, the representative of the World Food Programme in China, said that the solutions to the food and water issues proposed in the report provide reference for other countries and regions facing similar problems in the world. We hope that Chinese research institutions and organizations can participate more in global issues related to food and water resources, and provide more and better solutions for the world. With the continuous expansion of the influence of the initiative of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", the Yangling Agricultural High School Games, known as the "Agricultural Olympics", has become increasingly attractive to foreign farmers.
