At 10:00 on October 25th, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow typhoon warning. The center of this year's 20th typhoon, "Tanmei," is located on the sea about 650 kilometers east of Sansha City, Hainan Province. The maximum wind speed near the center is 10 levels, reaching 25 meters per second. According to the meteorological department's monitoring and forecasting, Typhoon "Tanmei" will move towards the west at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, with a slow increase in intensity, and the strongest one can reach the level of a strong tropical storm or typhoon (10-12 levels, 28-33 meters per second).
