Observing the concentrated display of major scientific and technological innovation achievements in Hefei, Anhui, and inspiring scientific researchers to "show the enthusiasm of 'how many opportunities can one have in life', and let go of their hands and feet to innovate and create";
Recalling the scene of conducting research on household contract production in Anhui back then, he said, "I saw the enthusiasm of our farmers to participate in the reform," and emphasized that "now we need to actively explore and take the lead in promoting rural revitalization.
