He emphasized the need to deeply study and understand the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the current economic situation and economic work at the Central Political Bureau meeting, implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen the implementation of stock policies and a package of incremental policies, promote sustained economic recovery and improvement, and strive to achieve the annual economic and social development goals and tasks.
In Zhengzhou, Henan, Ding Xuexiang went to Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Zhengzhou University to investigate the construction of science and technology innovation clusters, strengthen agricultural science and technology support, and the construction of "dual" projects; Visit Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group and Super Fusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to learn about the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the development of the digital economy. Ding Xuexiang pointed out that it is necessary to promote the construction of "dual" projects with high quality, coordinate "hard investment" and "soft construction", and concentrate efforts on handling a number of major events that meet the needs of national strategy. Refine and implement the "two new" policies to promote stable growth in investment and consumption. Relying on independent innovation to strengthen the real economy, enhancing and optimizing the digital economy, and developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions. Ding Xuexiang also visited the Baojiaofang project site to conduct research on the project construction and requested increased financial and tax policy support to promote the stabilization of the real estate market.
In Suzhou and Jiangyin, Jiangsu, Ding Xuexiang went to Suzhou Industrial Park to learn about the development, construction, and operation of the park. He also conducted research on attracting foreign investment and innovative cooperation at Bosch Automotive Parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and China Singapore Life Science Park; Come to Jiangsu Changdian Technology Co., Ltd. to learn about the development of the integrated circuit industry; Enter Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College and conduct research on the integration of vocational education industry and education. Ding Xuexiang emphasized the need to make great efforts to promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and continuously enhance new driving forces for high-quality development. Intensify efforts in countercyclical regulation, actively make full use of local government special bonds, and fully leverage the driving role of government investment. Continuously optimizing the development environment of the private economy and focusing on expanding greater space for private investment.
