The final of the 5th Emergency Management Law Popularization Knowledge Competition, jointly organized by the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the All China Federation of Trade Unions, and the National Law Popularization Office, was held in Yichang City, Hubei Province from October 13th to 15th. The theme of this competition is "Promoting Emergency Rule of Law and Building a Strong Security Line". In the early stage of the online quiz section, various regions and units carefully organized and mobilized, and the vast number of cadres, employees, and the masses enthusiastically responded and participated. More than 7.59 million people participated in the competition and answered more than 700 million questions nationwide, sparking a wave of learning emergency management legal knowledge and promoting the spirit of the rule of law. According to the online answer scores, a total of 10 provinces and 10 representative teams from central enterprises have advanced to the finals. The finals are divided into two parts: practical competition and knowledge competition. The practical competition includes 5 items: modern urban fire evacuation and escape, household safety hazard investigation, field drowning rescue, fall injury bag transportation to the hospital, and safety warning sign recognition; There are three types of knowledge competition questions: mandatory questions, buzzer questions, and risk questions. After fierce competition, the Hubei Provincial Representative Team and the State Grid Corporation of China Limited Representative Team won the first prize for the event, while 4 teams won the second prize, 6 teams won the third prize, and 8 teams won the excellent event award. The Ministry of Emergency Management pointed out that it is necessary to innovate ways and methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of legal education, give full play to the role of traditional and new media, regularly carry out emergency management legal and regulatory lectures, training, competitions, consultations, etc., promote the introduction of emergency management legal knowledge into enterprises, rural areas, communities, schools, and families, and strengthen case-based interpretation and warning education, promote key groups to enhance their legal awareness and consciously abide by the law.
