Yesterday, the website of the State Administration of Financial Regulation announced that on October 15th, the State Administration of Financial Regulation and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly held a video conference to mobilize and deploy support for the financing coordination mechanism for small and micro enterprises, conveying the requirements of learning from the instructions of the State Council leaders and mobilizing and deploying support for the relevant work of the financing coordination mechanism for small and micro enterprises. The meeting pointed out that supporting the high-quality development of small and micro enterprises is a practical need to stabilize the macroeconomic situation and promote employment, an inevitable requirement for promoting economic transformation and upgrading, and an essential part of following the path of developing Chinese characteristic finance. It is required to fully recognize the importance and urgency of promoting high-quality development of small and micro enterprises from a strategic perspective, give full play to the leadership of the Party and the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and be good at using market-oriented mechanisms and legal methods to promote efficient cooperation between the government and the effective market, and work together to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises. The meeting emphasized that in order to guide credit funds to quickly reach grassroots small and micro enterprises, the State Administration of Financial Supervision and the National Development and Reform Commission will take the lead in establishing a financing coordination mechanism to support small and micro enterprises, and local governments will establish corresponding work mechanisms to work from both the supply and demand sides, and comprehensively solve the problems of financing difficulties for small and micro enterprises and bank lending difficulties. The district and county work team should "hold hands", one hand holding the enterprise, and the other hand holding the bank. By carrying out the "Thousand Enterprises and Ten Thousand Households Visit" activity, going deep into the park, community, and rural areas, comprehensively understanding the financing needs, forming "two lists", and recommending small and micro enterprises that meet the conditions to banking institutions, banking institutions can timely and accurately connect to achieve direct credit funds to the grassroots, fast and convenient, and appropriate interest rates, and open up the "last mile" of financial benefits for enterprises and the people.
