Zhao Leji pointed out that China appreciates Serbia's adherence to the One China principle and hopes that Serbia will continue to provide firm support on issues related to China's core interests. China will continue to firmly support Serbia's efforts to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity. China is willing to work with Serbia to firmly support each other and strengthen political mutual trust; Adhere to open cooperation and promote common development; Strengthen communication and mutual learning, promote mutual understanding and matchmaking. Guided by the high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road", tap the potential for cooperation in infrastructure, scientific and technological innovation, green development and other fields. China Serbia relations are a driving force for China Europe relations, and we hope that Serbia will continue to make positive contributions to promoting stable and far-reaching China Europe relations. Zhao Leji emphasized that exchanges and cooperation among legislative bodies are an important component of China Serbia relations. The members of the Serbian delegation include leaders of major political parties and representatives of parliamentarians, which fully reflects the consensus of the Serbian parliament and various sectors to develop cooperation with China. The National People's Congress of China is willing to maintain a good momentum of high-level exchanges with the Serbian parliament, carry out dialogue and cooperation between special committees, bilateral friendship groups, deputies to the National People's Congress and parliamentarians, and encourage exchanges between women, youth representatives and parliamentarians.
